We're looking to recruit a CRM Assistant in Norwich



We are currently looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven Database Controller/CRM Assistant on a full-time basis. Working in an extremely busy and fast paced motor retail environment, representing brands such as BMW Motorrad, Harley-Davidson and Porsche, you will be working for an exciting and growing business, with a positive and enjoyable working culture, driven by an ambitious and enthusiastic owner and managing director.

Daily duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing and maintaining customer databases (CDK Kerridge, Contact Online & SAP).
  • Producing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.
  • Generating daily letters, emails and text messages to customers.
  • Tracking and analysing campaign performance.
  • Managing Sales Executives CRM Diaries.
  • Making outgoing telephone calls to remind them of an upcoming serviceand also following up to ensure customer satisfaction after their visit.

An ideal candidate should have the following skills and experiences:

  • Must be enthusiastic, with a positive outlook and have outstanding communication and organisational skills.
  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Can take initiative and is self-motivated.
  • Be passionate with a drive to succeed and over-deliver.

Motor-trade experience is not essential but is preferable. Previous experience of database administration, especially a CRM System is would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Based at our office on Ber Street in Norwich City Centre; you will work Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00. In return you will receive a salary of £16,500 - £18,000 dependent upon experience.
